6 Flour tortillas
12 sl Cooked deli turkey breast,

12 lg Fresh spinach leaves or

1 Unpeeled cucumber, sliced

Turkey Roll-Ups Preparation
Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Spread 3 tablespoons cheese mixture over each tortilla. Top each with 2 slices turkey, 2 spinach leaves, and 4 cucumber slices; roll up. Yield: 6 servings (serving size: 1 roll-up).
