Pan Con Lechon (Cuban Pork Sandwich) Preparation

Slice the loaf lengthwise and pile everything on, except the butter. Heavy on the Mojo Then, lightly butter the outside of the sandwich and cook it over medium heat, flattening it with a spatula.
