My very low calorie Guacamole Dip-Very Easy!!
Tonight I made Guac. without avacado. Yea just to figure a way to be able to eat the whole bowl once I got through, because I love it so much.
I slapped 2 cups of broccoli in the microwave for 3 minutes, in a steaming bag. Next put it in a food processor. Next I mixed broccoli, guacamole flavoring mix from the grocery store, and a can of hot Rotel with Habaneros, in and mixed it …..awesome….. I pored the whole thing over a large salad, with nothing else, and it rocked rocked rocked!!!
But most people probably would not like the habaneros, so just a regular can of Rotel, with peppers would suffice.
Try it. You make like it too!!! Eating the whole thing in one sitting was my goal, and it was only 250 kcal!!! (And Im about too full but It was so so good).
