1/2 c Bacon or ham; chopped fine

1/2 c Chopped onions; sauted
1/2 c Swiss cheese; grated
1 c Sour cream
2 Eggs; whipped
Salt & pepper to taste

Quiche Lorraine #4 Preparation
Bake pie shell, final 10 minutes covered with foil to keep from browning. Sprinkle ham or bacon, sauted onions and cheese over the crust. Mix together the sour cream, eggs, salt and pepper, and parsley. Pour egg mixture over the ingredients in the pie crust. Bake in a 350 degree oven until set but not dry, about 20 minutes. From .
