different measures?
I just did a coulis with 18 oz fresh raspberries, 3/4 cup sugar and l/2 cup water? Your very own recipe. I was browsing for other ideas and now I find this with less fruit and different preparation method? Mine came out a bit on the runny side because in your other recipe you do not indicate that sugar and fruit should thicken a bit first?
Anyhow, I will use the coulis over panna cota delight and will serve it in a bed of mango and raspberries then the panna cota and then the coulis with a nice cherry on top.
Bye.
