1 Potato
(freshly boiled)
1 lb Confectioners sugar
1 c Coconut-optional
1/2 ts Vanilla
Or flavoring
2 Squares chocolate-optional

Potato Candy 1 Preparation

Mash the potato. Add 1 cup sugar, all coconut, and flavoring Mix. Add sugar until a thick mass is formed. Press into a buttered pan. Melt chocolate and pour it over the potato mixture.
