1/2 c Superfine sugar
3 tb Loose jasmine green tea
1 c Mint leaves
3 tb Fresh lemon juice

How to easily cook Free Recipe: Jasmine-Mint Sorbet

1. Bring the water to a boil in a medium pan. Remove from the heat and stir in the sugar, tea and mint. Let stand and infuse 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. 2. Strain through a fine sieve into a bowl. Stir in the lemon juice. Refrigerate until chilled. 3. Place the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and ze according to manufacturer’’s directions. Serve immediately or place in zer. Transfer to refrigerator an hour before serving to soften. Makes 1 quart. Adapted from The Tea Book by Sara Perry. How to easily cook Free Recipe: Peppermint Refrigerator Dessert

Combine candy and cream in top of double boiler, heat over simmering water until candy is dissolved. Soften gelatin in cold water and stir into hot mixture, stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Chill mixture until slightly thickened. Fold in whipped cream. Break wafers into halves and stand them against sides and in bottom of a 9×9 in pan. Spread with 1/2 of gelatin mixture, then cover with a layer of wafers and remaining mixture. How to easily cook Free Recipe: Pineapple Sorbet (Mf)

Peel, core and dice pineapple. In a food processor combine pineapple with 1/4 cup sugar and lemon juice and process until smooth. (This may need to be done in batches.) Add more sugar if necessary. Transfer mixture to ice cube trays or metal shallow baking pan, cover with plastic and ze until almost frozen. In processor add frozen pineapple and process, in batches, until smooth. Transfer to plastic container and ze, covered, until solid. With temperature control at coldest point, ze until partly frozen. 5. Remove to iced owl and beat with chilled rotary beater until light. 6. Return to tray and ze until firm. Makes 6 servings.
