How to easily cook Free Recipe: Quick Spam Casserole 2
Brown mushrooms and onion in butter. Add flour; blend well. Dilute soup with 2/3 cup of the milk; add Spam (ham may be substituted) to onion-mushroom mixture. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Pour into ungreased 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Mix biscuit mix and the remaining 1/3 cup milk, drop batter by spoonful onto the hot Spam mixture. Bake in 450 degree oven 15 to 20 minutes or until biscuits are browned. This recipe yields ?? servings.
